The England international has been a revelation for the Blancos on the back of his summer transfer from Borussia Dortmund. He was among the goals again in his latest La Liga appearance, and now has 13 efforts to his name in the Spanish top-flight through 15 appearances – the same return that Cristiano Ronaldo managed following his 2009 switch to Santiago Bernabeu.

While Bellingham continues to shine, he is nursing a shoulder problem. That issue may force him to undergo surgery at some stage, with Real having to manage the knock carefully. With that in mind, the 20-year-old can expect to be given as much rest time as the Blancos can afford to grant him.
WHAT ANCELOTTI SAID ABOUT BELLINGHAM
Carlo Ancelotti admits that he will be looking to replace Bellingham on a regular basis, telling reporters after giving the Three Lions star 78 minutes in a 4-1 win over Villarreal: “Bellingham has been the protagonist because he has played very well and fought at all times. I have removed him to avoid problems. He has had a problem with his shoulder and when I can take minutes away from him, I’m going to do it.”
