Per the , the David Beckham-owned Major League Soccer franchise are keen on bringing the ex-France international to the USA this summer. Varane is currently a free agent after leaving the Red Devils at the end of the 2023/24 season when his contract expired.

The 31-year-old suffered multiple injuries in his final season at Old Trafford as he appeared in just 32 matches across all competitions. He was, however, included in the United starting lineup in the FA Cup final where they beat rivals Manchester City 2-1 to lift the trophy. Despite his fitness concerns, the Herons are keen on adding the experienced player to their ranks to further bolster their squad.
